Just had my PAL Wii chipped i know that playing NTSC Wii games will/can brick my console but is it able to play NTSC gamecube games without the risk of becoming a brick.

Or Should i stick to PAL

Gamecube games don't contain firmware updates so they are perfectly safe to play out of region. However not all games are compatible check out this list.
