Upgrade to 3.50 and use the Lumines downgrader, or make a Pandora battery to use on it.

You have 2 options.

Update PSP to 3.50 and use the Lumines Downgrader. Which you will need an unpatched version of the Lumines game.

Here is a GUIDE. Just look at the first downgrader guide in the list.

OR

Use the Pandoras Battery unbricker/downgrader method.

You will need to use a PSP with 1.50 or CFW on it to create the battery then use the battery on his PSP to downgrade.
