I'm not sure this is even possible so please don't jump on me if it isn't. I was wondering if it's possible to make a copy of a game that I have fully installed on my home PC to disc. That way I could play the game on other PCs without the need to install the game.

I've seen co-workers play Empire Earth from disc (since none have install rights). When I asked how this was done they said they just made an image of the game directory on their home PC. This possible? Thanks for any help.

For Empire Earth, an excellent game mind you, if you just replace the original exe with a different one, you should be able to play. Of course you cant save games and need to disable replays and such. Some games are more lenient than others.
