sorry but i have just bought a ps3 and would like to know how i could connect it to my modem which is too far for the normal cable to reach. i don't want to get wireless! thanks

Well... every cat 5e/cat 6 cable should work with the PS3.

Go to your local hardware store and buy a spool of CAT5 cable and run it under your house. :)

Make sure it is 'Straight-through' CAT5 if you are connecting to your modem. Also remember 100M is the max length of CAT5.
