yes you can still play homebrew on 1.50 download the snes emulator i linked you to,connect psp to pc extract the snes file with winrar you should get 2 folders, place the two folders in game folder on psp via usb,
disconnect psp from pc scroll to game icon on psp you should now find the snes emulator now you just press x and enjoy.
if you want to play new psp releases you will need to upgrade to 3.52m33-4 to play them

Here you go! Hope this helps!
Quote: Here is the RECOVERY folder.
Download it and put it in the ms0:/PSP/GAME folder.
Then start recovery mode and choose...
run program at /psp/game/recovery/eboot.pbp
and follow the onscreen instructions to get back to 1.50
Here is the file.

You should actually place the emulators in the /PSP/GAME150 folder. If they are in the GAME folder then you will need to go to recovery and enable the 1.50 kernel to run it.
Placing them in the /PSP/GAME150 folder will let you run them in 1.50 mode without changing the kernel to 1.50 under the GAME folder kernel option in the recovery.
