(not entirely sure) but i think you place the Iso in ms0:/Iso/Video/

Could be wrong though.

1.50 >3.30 > 3.50 > lumines > 1.50 > 3.40 OE-A > 3.52 M33

I need help with playing UMD movie ISOs too. I've been trying to get an answer for ages but noone answers me! I've dumped lots of UMD movies onto my computer and want to play them on my PSP but I don't know how too. I have 3.52 M33-4 and they don't show up on the PSP if you put it in the ISO folder, ISO/VIDEO folder, Video folder.

How do you get them to work? This is the most up to date CFW and if it can get game ISOs to work by simply putting them in the ISO folder I don't see why movie ISOs shouldn't work either. T_T

Hey man just found out what you gotta do to make them work!

What you gotta do is put the UMD video ISO into the ISO>VIDEO folder on the memory stick. Then in the XMB press the Home button, so the vsh menu pops up. Go to the bottom to ISO VIDEO MOUNT and change it from 'NONE' to the video ISO whatever it's called. Exit and the video will then appear under Video just like a normal UMD video would. You have to have a UMD (any) in the PSP though because No-UMD doesn't work for some reason. Hopefully in the next updates this will be fixed.

So yes, UMD Video ISOs do work! Only wish you could do all this on the PSP slim so you could watch it on the TV too.
