3.40OE-A is pretty good , but i will recommend 3.52m33-4 because u don't have to carry UMD in your psp for games, etc.

yeah you dont have to use umds for 3.40 OE-A either i suggest 3.40 because its more stable.

3.52m33-4 is stable,the 3.40oe no umd drive is only compatible with about 48% of iso,s where the 3.52m33-4 no umd mode is about 98% compatible,3.52m33-4 also has alot more features like a built in umd ripper,the ability to watch umd video iso,s from your ms the list goes on,i've used both 3.40 oe and 3.52m33-4 and the winner is 3.52m33-4 everytime
