CA security suite problem for emails on outlook

I am having a problem with recieving my emails whilst using CA. They don't seem to be working together properly. I previously had Ca installed and it seemed to be working fine with the spam email blocker which was a function i was particularly liked. But now i have to disable the firewall to recieve my emails.
Any input would be appreciated,

Hi, if the firewall is the issue, and you are using windows firewall, you can grant access to ca in the exceptions tab.......
