I HAVE TWO PROBLEMS....

hey ....i tried uninstalling zone alarm... i dont think it uninstalled properly then i decided to install again but i dint allow me to unistall coz of vsmon.dll and av.dll files ... so i deleted all the things that prevented it to install .... n i installed it.... but now my control panel seems weird .... it doesnt show all components installed ... PLEASE HELP!!!!

i have problems with internet explorer as well. it suddenly stops and ask me that send error report thing. it comes when i close it and also while browsing! please help i recently updated to IE 7

According to the uninstall thing try installing ( your uninstaller 2006) it might help you to uninstall things left from zonealarm, you shouldnt delete files like that, anyway according to IE 7 try downloading the updates or remove it and reinstall it

another little small problem!
i dont hav a webcam and whenever i sign into skype and some1 else starts a webcam ... all i can c is a grey screen! cant c anythin else !! ur help wil be much appreciated

You are welcome aasimn, and i am sorry i dont know anything about skype or how it works and rarely i use a webcam but from what you are saying i guess the problem is from the other person's webcam. try asking him/her if others can see his/her webcam.

i solved the problem which was weird coz i installed a web camera and it then started working!
