i dont know, maybe its a dumb question, but i really have no idea where to mount the mod-chip on the mainboard. the shorter the wires, the better, right? I have a v13 Ps2 slim.

also while im at it, i have soldering experience, but none with electronic boards. where it tells you to stick the wire in holes, do you poke the wire through and solder it on the other side of the board?
