When you shrink dvd's using dvd shrink it sets it as a VTS file. does anyone know a way or program i can download to convert it or save it as a VOB file

Here's some Backup 101 info. BUP, IFO, and VOB files make up the Video_TS folder. VTS is part of the labeling of the files. Your first 3 files are usually labeled Video_TS and these are the first set of the BUP, IFO, and VOB files. Then you have files like VTS_01_0, VTS_01_0, and VTS_01_1, which are more BUP, IFO, and VOB files. The numbers progress the more VOBs are in the folder. Take a look in a Video_TS folder and you'll see what I mean. Shrink outputs in File or ISO mode. ImgBurn, which Bowler mentioned, is a good program for burning with Shrink. It's the updated DVD Decrypter burner ware. Shrink supports Nero, DVD Decrypter, and CopytoDVD (and ImgBurn when set up for it).
