Hey. Got a problem! i have a virus and been told i have to reboot my comp. If i reboot it will i lose all my programs, i know ill lose things like msn and all them apps that i have downloaded myself. But will all the stuff be there when i bought it?

I'd like to reboot it to factory mode

Hi!
your computer is infected with Spyware
Download HijackThis from here http://www.majorgeeks.com/download5554.html
after installing HijackThis run this software and click "Do a system scan and save a logfile"
when finish it will creat a logfile..
Post here the logfile
