okay so i got sony dvds and i burned at 4x cuz it is the slowest it will let me burn, i have a slimline ps2 i did the tape and tissue mod but when i swap discs it says not a valid ps2 game. if i need to burn at a slower speed and nero wont let me choose a slower speed is there any other way to do this?

I've been able to get every game that I have backed up to boot with the exception of guitar hero 2. I'm still trying to figure out why I can't get any of the various disc of it I have.
