How to copy DVD in PAL format to NTSC format?

Hi,

I bought a DVD in PAL format which is very common format in ASIA. My Pioner DVD player cannnot play it since most North America DVD player do not support it except some brand such as DAYTEK, APEX, ...

Question: Could anyone show me how to make a copy of this DVD (Karaoke) in NTSC format?
