Need Help with DVD Architect, very urgent

I'm currently wrapping up a DVD project that needs to be replicated and shipped in the next 30 days, however I have a major problem with the playback of my video. Everytime I burn the DVD, the video overlaps outside the boundaries of television screens. I cant find a way to crop the video to fit within the "safe areas" of the project, or extend the safe areas to display the whole video. Sony hasnt offered me any help either, despite numerous calls and emails. It's too late to re-edit the video...I just know there has to be a way where I can burn it so the entire video can be seen on a television screen. Thanks so much for your time and assistance its more than appreciated!
