Download this RECOVERY file.

Extract the file which will extract a RECOVERY folder. Now drag the RECOVERY folder to the ms0:/PSP/GAME directory.

After you place the RECOVERY folder into the /PSP/GAME folder on the PSP MS go into recovery mode.

Hold R shoulder button down while turning on PSP.

Now go down to RUN PROGRAM AT /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP and follow the on screen instructions.

It will downgrade you back to 1.50
