PAL on Wii playing Gamecube Games

Hey so I burned Fifa Street and its a PAL and my wii is region free but it looks like it wont accept PAL Gamecube game it does but the image is all.....messed up! So is their a way to set the gamecube games to region free?

when you start the game quickly have your gamecube controller in hand and press the b button on it when the game starts.

Good tip and all...it doesnt work i press it a million times! either explain it with more details, a video on youtube or something or someone else know a way to region free a PAL game on an NTSC wii?
