problem with pandora battery/memory

i have downgraded with this pandora battery/memory on many psps, but now i am trying it on another psp but nothing is showing on the screen. the green and orange light that are supposed to turn on for a second and then turn off never turn off, they just turn on and stay on. and nothing shows on the screen.
i also know that it is not the lcd because i tried the lcd and its working
so what could be the problem?
