ok i gotta psp its a version 2.81 and it has a ta082 motherboard. is there any way i can play homebrew games on my psp just the way it is. ive heard u can do it if you have gta but i dont wanna do that. ne links would be great. and IM A NOOBIE simple terms please

No you will need to downgrade to 1.50 and it is recommended to upgrade to a CFW to get the most out of your PSP.

You have 3 options.

GTA Downgrader which you will need to upgrade to 3.03 and use a unpatched version of GTA Liberty City Stories.

Lumines Downgrader which you will need to update to 3.50 and use an unpatched version of Lumines.

Here is a GUIDE for both above methods. Just make sure you go with the method you want.

Pandora unbricker/downgrader method which you would need to know someone with a PSP with 1.50 or custom firmware installed already. You will need to use that PSP to create the Pandora battery to down grade your PSP.
