Hitach 0059DJ Firmware

My question is,Im not sure which firmware to use with Hitach Drive
0059DJ? Do I use iextreme_hitach_1.2rev2.rar OR Maximus-Garyopa
Xtreme OPA Hitach Firmware vs.2.3. Or are they the same firmware?
Im confused..I have been reading the forums allot for about 3 weeks
now.I want to flash my drive but unsure of firmware to use. These are the things that I have,
1)xbox 360 with Hitach Drive 0059DJ
2)Samsung SH-D162c pre-flashed with Kreon firmware vs. .81
3)Pioneer DVR 111D DVD Burner with firmware vs. 1.29
4)Verbatim DVD+R DL 8.5GB blank media
5)Xbox Creator vs. 2.5
6)Imgburn vs.2.3.2.0
7)Silicon Image SATA Controller with 3112 Chipset
I have already made 3 backup copys of games that I own,only
I cant see if I did em right until I flash my drive.
can some one please help me with firmware question.
