cwcheat help!

ive been using cwcheatpops for ffviii and it works fine on disc 1 but when i try using it on disc 2 theres no cheat list.

ive noticed that they both have different game id's. disc 1 is SLUS00892 and disc 2 is SLUS00908. ive converted disc 2 eboot with with psx2psp to match disc 1 game id for it to be able to read the save data from disc 1 and hopefully fix the cheat problem, but still no cheat list. i also noticed that the cw cheat still reads the disc 2 eboot with its original game id even thought i converted it. what do i do? is that even the problem? suggestions?
