i did my shoppin in sim lim square today.. the cheapest i can find is 350 bucks. jap set wif mod. i am still unsure about it.. hope u guys can help!!

questions:

1) possible to play online wif mod chip inside?
2) do i have to update the firmware like PSP does? example, latest games need to update firmware
3) Wii lead to brick?
4) wad ar PAL, NTSC ..?
5) how to update its firmware?
