While i was searching on play-asia.com i found that there is a Asian version of a psp game and a Japan region of the game, what are the differences between the regions?

The Asian version is probably PAL

The Japan version is probably NTSC

Language; "Asian" could be one of many different languages, maybe multi-language, "Japanese" is obviously going to be in Japanese, there shouldn't be any difference in the actual content.

The games are not region locked so you can play any PSP game on any PSP.

Movies, on the other hand, are region locked so you would only be able to play region 3 UMD movies.

Also the X and O buttons will be reversed on the Korean version.
