i don't know if this is where i post this, i don't know anything about this website so sorry if i'm doing something wrong. i want to know if i have to share my files. if i don't share them will they be deleted from my computer?

You don't HAVE to share, but you SHOULD share. They won't get deleted. If you put them in the shared folders, they'll get shared automatically. So you should put them somewhere else if you don't want to share them.

It's usually better to share... may P2P protocols have procedures that are invoked against leachers (those who take but dont give)... nothing dangerous but rather, if you leech, you will have to wait in long lines and get slower speeds etc. :-)
