i woner if anyone can elp me i wish to tri boot linux xp and mac os x is there any simple way to do it? or do i have to wipe off all partitions and start from scratch

xp then mac osx then linux ( i read that somewhere) but always intall the oldest os first

Are you on a mac or pc. If you are on PC then you need a patched version of OSX to do so.

i have the patched Mac OS X 10.4(jas Intel) On DVD I have Windows Xp Pro DVD And Ubuntu Linux DVD Because Linux Has Grub Built In Would I Install That First Then Mac OS X Then XP Or Mac OS X Linux Then Xp

are you sure that u want ubuntu? if you want the best distro it is now generally accepted to be pclinuxos

install linux last for easy grub booting becasue when you install a new os it generally writes over than mbr/boot loader (im still learning this computer stuff)
