it seems like this program cuts off part of the right side of my video, like in my DIVX movie there was a part where there was sub titles then when I converted it to DVD with this program part of the sub titles on the right side got cut off, is there any way to fix this? or a better program?

Could it be that your source file is in WS format and you are encoding to FS? You could also try a different program to see if you get the same results.
