okay i got the custom firmware install and everthing with update 4. i have 7 iso/cso games and i put it all in my psp. out of 7 theres only 5 that are shown under games. there no corrupted data or nothihng. i know that the games work becase when i was at 3.40oe-a they all work. now im womndering why it doesnt now.
and one more thing why cant i get homebrew games worknig on there either.
can it be my 4gb memory stick, or windows vista?

Here are a few things you can try.

Make sure the title of the ISO is short.

Example:

Correct -- Fifa07.iso
Not Correct -- FIFA-07-[PSP][EUR][www.torrent site.com].iso

Now right click on the ISO file and choose Properties. Make sure the Read Only and Hidden box is unchecked and the Archive Box is checked.

Go into recovery mode (Hold R shoulder button down while turning on PSP)

Now go to configuration then to UMD MODE and keep pressing X till you see Sony NP9660 NO UMD.

When it is set to the above setting go to BACK and press X.

Now go to ADVANCED and press X.

Go to ADVANCED CONFIGURATION and press X.

Make sure all the settings here are disabled.

Now go Back and EXIT out of recovery menu. Now try the ISO.

Place your homebrew stuff in either the GAME150 or GAME352 folder whatever kernel it needs to run under.

If they don't show under your games menu and you have them in the ISO folder then you have bad ISO files or the title of the file is to long.
