PMP VLC Player v0.0.8(help)

I need help setting up PMP VLC on my psp. I followed all instructions and enter all my ip's in the correct places. When I start live streaming it still says error with a different ip I did not enter. I am trying to run my tv tuner card through vlc...any suggestions?

Do you mean you need help installing the WHOLE application for TV on your PSP or just PMP VLC? If just PMP VLC, you have to go in the .txt file in the file and copy the line of codes with your IP address. Then you put the two files in GAME or GAME150 if you're on a custom firmware. You must be on 1.50 or a custom firmware.
