Need Help, How do I Add a Web Site url to a MP4 video using Avisynth?

I have a bunch of AVI and MP4 videos that I would like to add a single line of text showing a website url for a few seconds at the beginning and end of the videos, or throughout the video which ever is easiest.

No animation needed just a stationary url in the bottom right corner.

Does anyone have a script to help me do this?
