Hey all. I have a fairly new wii w/ latest wiikey that has been tested with a good dozen+ backup copies of games. Only game I ever get random "disc read error" on is resident evil 4. Anyone else have this problem, any possible solutions? I tried a re-burn at slowest speed (with nero instead of IMGBURN) and although it took longer (little over an hour), I still got a disc read error and it's very frustrating and deterring my awesome gaming experience here. Any advice much appreciated, thanks

I have had no issues getting resident evil to work. I used nero and set the speed to auto. I am using TDK DVD+R discs. Did you set the region overide to on with the setup disc?

mmmyes region override not that it's necessary for this particular game since I'm ntsc-u. Maybe it's hte medium, I'm using Fuji DVD-Rs
