i was planning on buying a dvd burner, i found this company that just released their 8x dual format and on their site it stats

"TDK is a world leader in the development of next-generation DVD technology. With Blu-Ray, TDK will increase the capacity of a single DVD disc to 23GB."

I was Wondering how is this posssible?
