I have a movie edited in premiere, and in the middle everything is supposed to get extremely loud. It sounds great in premiere and even exported but once I burn it to DVD and play it on a TV, it loses that range, the volume level remains fairly constant and never gets loud as it is supposed to. Any suggestions?

Check your DVD player setup menu, sounds like you have dynamic suppression ON.
