MODCHIPOUTLET.COM are SCAMMERS THEY TELL YOU ALL THESE EXCUSES BUT YOU WILL NEVER RECIEVE YOUR ITEM,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I CALLED THEM AT 1-920-851-1466 AND MAT SELDON ANSWERED THE PHONE AND TOLD MY THAT MY TRACKING NUMBER WAS AT THE OFFICE AND TO CALLL BACK LATER............THIS WAS MONDAY SEPTEMBER 9,2007.......I PAYED WITH PAY PAL ON AUGUST 20,2007.............I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES ......PROBABLY 30........AND ALL I GET IS AN ANSWERING MACHINE...........ALL 3 THE EMAIL LINKS ARE BOGUS ...........OH..........AND DID I TELL YOU THAT TODAYS DATE ID SEPTEMBER 19,2007.........BEWARE!!!!!!!!!....IF HE SAYS ANYTHING KIND OF A RESPONSE TO THIS .....IT...IS.....A.......TOTAL..LIE.......SCAM.......SCAM.......I'IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM........ALL YOU WILL GET.......IS THE WORST CROOKS OF ALL........MODCHIPOULET......COMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Ii didn't do my research either,i ordered the Breaker Pro from them 2 weeks ago,and all i've received was the confirmation email,i tryed to contact them,but all 3 emails came back,i could not find a phone number,now i know they are bogus,this is f****** up,i didn't check for the veri sign or the better business bureau logo.
THIS IS A WARNNING TO EVERYONE,DO NOT ORDER FOM THESE PEOPLE,YOU WILL GET NOTHING,YOU ARE WARNED.
DO NOT ORDER FROM MOD CHIP OUTLET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and explained my issues.
do the same will ya,and mention me too.
i want everyone who got F******* BY MOD CHIP OUTLET TO DO THE SAME,and everyone mention all the names in their report.

All their email addresses are bouncing back. I just ordered a duo3 from them about two weeks ago. I'm glad I paid CC because now I can have them dispute the charge.

Same thing happened to me with xbox-modchips.com. I called my CC and they refunded my money WITHIN 5 MINUTES. Just let them know what happened, how long its been, and that you've been emailing/calling. A few sites got shut down due to raids, and I think their merhcant accounts are flagged with this, so if this is the case your CC should refund you quickly.

Yeah!!!!
i googled for the better business bureau in wiscousin,and i filled out a complaint,they are looking into it.
i suggest we all do that,it took all of 6 minutes,and they replied in a day.
i got modchipoutlet phone number from this tread,and all i got was a machine with Matt's voice,and every call after that nothing.
if you file a complaint, Include my case #,BBB CASE# 44036470,everyone
include their case number,so when you file, give the BBB other cases to refer to,so they can do a follow up,and see theirs a problem here.
Thanks everyone,lets take this mf down,and close him up.
