what does it mean and how can i fix that? i use 1 click dvd copy pro and 5 and clonedvd 2 but non work what can i do?

It means that the program is skipping the portions of copy protection it can't handle. You need an up to date ripper to handle this encryption...DVDFab HD Decrypter should do the trick.
