Hi,

I'm trying to help a friend in Mexico operate her PHILCO PH-505 DVD Remote. I know nothing about Codes, etc.

She can play DVDs but the remote doesn't seem to function (fast forward, etc.).

Does anybody know where I can download an operating booklet which explains how to operate the remote ?
