Converting an NTSC save to a PAL save

Hey everyone. I have the PAL version of WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2006.

I want to be able to use the saved games I found on GameFAQS.com, however of course the best ones are all for the NTSC version.

Is there a way to convert the NTSC saves to PAL saves?

Or should I try to find a way to convert the PAL game to an NTSC game?
