just bought a elite today and i went to go on live as the elite came with 1 months live free
so i clicked on live,
then clicked update
then it says update failed go to network settings
so i go to it and click test xbox live connection
so i click on it and this is wat i got
network adapter wired
ip confirmed
dns confirmed
mtu confirmed
icmp confirmed
xbox live confirmed
then it takes me to the update again and it FAILS??

the 360 is hooked up with a router.
my ps2 and ps3 work perfect all i d with them is plug in the cable and TADA!!but i have no idea wat to do with so please help.

its all right i got it all i had to do was turn off my router firmwall.
