PES6 help!!!

Pes6 is a game as all you may know
i recently downloaded a edited version (Clausura CHILE 2007)
it came with the iso and the it came with a rar folder
i extracted the "option file" to my desktop
i opened the folder and its a bin and cue
i want to know what to do with the option file i put just the iso in a dvd and played on my ps2 but the players on the team arent what theyre supposed to be and their right names arent there either please help
