I got my 360 modded sometime back in January of 2007 and have never updated the firmware. Recently, when I have been playing backups of games I've been getting a lot of 'cannot read disc' errors whenever the game goes into a loading screen. Could this be because I need to update my firmware? I'm using Verbatim DVD+R DL and I haven't really had any problems until about a month or so. If somebody could help me out I would appreciate it.
