Please Help Me. I?m going mad with frustration.

I don?t know the first thing about games really so go easy on me.

I use to love my golf games (many years ago) and decided to invest in Tiger Woods 2007.

My Question is very simple.

How can I (if possible) turn off the normal hitting method? Using those little sticks on my pad.

Is there not another option that allows you to just press the x button to hit the ball?

Anything really. My bloody thumb is bleeding and a game I thought I would love (although it looks great) I am beginning to hate.

Help if you can and save my sanity.

While I've not played this one there should be a way customize your controls...did it not come with a users manual?

No. But someone has told me it can be done. But they cannot remember how they did it. Great.
