i bought motorola phone tools for my v3 razor.everything worked great.now i have a v3m with verizon.the phone tools work except for the ringtones and pictures.any suggestions,i will purchase if available

Seem editing will allow you to unlock the features that Verizon has disabled.
This is a good starting point.
Hack the Razr
I have the same phone from Verizon and have turned on the file transfer function VIA USB and have transfered numerous pics and ringtones. Just follow the guides and you'll be fine.
