I happily imported Tales of the Abyss from America, and now need to go and buy swap magic. I live in Ireland, and my ps2 is:

SCPH-70003(V13 I think,correct me if i'm wrong)

I don't have a clue which one to get! One site tells me that I need a flip top, the other says magic switch, then one says MK2!? I'm confused, really confused. Because some sites say that certain methods will work and the others say it wont. Also, whenever I look on a UK site to buy Swap magic, it looks really un-official and I don't trust the sites. Could someone please tell me:

1.What method I need to use for my console version(magic switch,MK2 etc.)
2.Where to buy swap magic in UK.
3.Also if someone is willing to sell me theirs I'll be willing to buy.
Paypal only and I need feedback page so I can check your feedback

Thanks so much!

Okay first of all, do you have a slimline PS2 or a fat PS2? If you have a slimline you'll need Swap Magic and a fliptop or magic keys. For a fat PS2 you'll need Swap Magic and a slide card. If you look on the right sites you can easily find combos (I.E magic keys and Swap Magic in one package).

You can buy Swap Magic here:
http://www.slidecardkit.co.uk/index2.html

Version 3.6 or 3.8 is recommended. I bought mine last night for my fat PS2 from CoolPC.com.au (as I'm in Australia).

He said it's scph 70003 (V13) and it is a slim one.
Depends on how much work you want to do, I can tell you all.
As for FlipTops. this requires you to open your ps2. (This means breaking the warranty too). This means you change the cover of your ps2.
As for magic keys. I should say that this method is a lot safer. You do not need to open your PS2 and just need to install those keys at the correct position.( I used this and so happy with it)
Don't really know about the mk2.

As to buy it at UK, the link given by HornetF10 is good.
as for number 3, If I sell mine, how can I play with my ps2 >D (j/k j/k)
If you got any other question, don't hesitate to ask. I can help you along the way :D

The best and most simplest way to go is flip-top cover and Swap Magic 3.6 Plus. Don't get 3.8. A lot of bug and often give you the read error. Depending what version and where you buy it from, it may come either a slide card or magic switch. I'm not too fond of magic switch as they sometimes break or fall out of it's place. The slide cards are used for the older (fat)PS2 and is of no use if you have the v13. Flip-top covers aren't really that expensive and usually ranges from $20-$30. Plus it makes your PS2 look different and cooler than your neighbors.
