If you have Vsh menu enabled in recovery menu it will let you launch it when your in the normal XMB menu. Just hit the HOME button and it will come up.

It lets you change some of the options in recovery without actually going to recovery menu to change them.

you get to the VSH menu FROMM the recovery menu. You toggle flash0 in advanced configuration and you get access to all the internals of the psp. You do not want to mess with that if your not familiar with it yet. So go read up. If you haven't touched the VSH menu. Then you must not know how to change any parts of the theme with your psp.

Just wanted to clarify how to access the VSH menu.

You access it in the normal XMB by pressing the HOME button. (This is only possible if you have the VSH menu enabled. (Enable it in recovery menu /configuration settings).

Once it is enabled you bring the VSH menu by pressing the HOME button when in normal XMB.
