"Max Memory" memory card injured! HELP!!

Help my "max memory" card isn't working! it says that there isn't a memory card found!!!! there was over 3oo hrs of game on it! does anyone know how to fix it?

if you have action replay, you can download this file. It formats your memory card but is mostly used to revive "dead" Memory cards. Just put on a flash drive and load it up on Action Replay Media player. It should detect it.
