mkv .h264 conversion question

I've done quite a bit of searching and haven't found anything to help me as of yet.

I have 24 mkv anime files that I wish to convert to dvd, 4 episodes per dvd. I tried the traditional convertxtodvd but it errors out.

After doing mkvextract, I get 4 files:
episode1_track1.h264
episode1_track2.ogg
episode1_track3.ogg
episode1_track4.srt

Track 3 is the english dub. I want to be able to keep all this and put 4 episodes on one dvd. But I can't figure out what to do.

I know I saw a guide on here before, but only one I find is one that uses virtualdubmod, but that won't work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try using SUPER to convert them and output to ".vob (dvd compliant format)".
