psp error 8002014c when opening umd dumper

|
hi all, i'm trying to back up a umd disc, my firmware is 3.03 oe-c.
i have umd dumper showing up in my memory stick but when i click on it, it gives me an error. i dunno much about this because i got my psp set up by someone and now i can't get a hold of that someone. please help.

i think u have to put it in the GAME150 folder try it and see if its fixed

you should just simply upgrade to 3.52m33-4 that has a built in umd ripper/dumper on it and allows you to just copy the iso from the umd to your pc

I have no idea how to upgrade, anyways, i did use the umd ripper and went trhru all the right steps, but when i try to play it off th MS, it hangs right after the cinematics (loading part). the game is crush

Upgrade to 3.71M33.Go to my signature and go to the M33 site.On the site, it will say >>3.71 M33<<.Download it and read the readme.It says on the readme but I just wanna tell you that you MUST UPGRADE TO 3.52M33-4 OR 3.52M33-3 in order to install 3.71M33.

3.71M33.Not 3.71. 3.71M33 is downgradeable because it's a CFW(Custom Firmware).And what do you mean by 3.71M33 is too dodgy?

there is nothing dodgy about it,i posted a link to the recovery folder to get back to 1.50 in one of your other threads maybe next time you will be more patient and wait for the 150 kernal patch so you can use your plugins lol
@kikzm33z i'm waiting for the 150 kernal patch before i upgrade as i like my emulators lol,what about custom themes though do they work on 3.71m33 or not cos the sony ones are pretty gay lol

i know im a bit late but if you can go to psp-xmb.co.nr then you can find the right 3.71 cfw/ofw themes.i changed my writing from capitals and all that to normal stuff coz i cant be bothered with all that capitals :P

I think he means it's dodgy as in it SUCKS! It's way more difficult to even change simple things like your battery on 3.71 M33. It's too much for me... I quit.

ok...i've never seen this post before...but yeah, 3.71m33/-2 sucks!3.52m33-4 is once again the most stable firmware...at least all the needed plugins work on 3.52m33-4.
