3.71 M33 - SemiBricked Please Help

I Just Upgraded to the 3.71 M33 and i forgot to backup my flash0 and i wrote over it with a custom theme *stupid i know* and it wouldn't successfully turn on but i can get to go to the recovery menu but when i was in there i accidently flashed my flash1 (i don't know if this makes a difference) and whenever i try to turn it on it half loads the Sony Entertainment Screen Then freezes. What should i do? p.s. i have tried the recovery but when i do it, i get errors for most of the files . any clues?

Please Help

yeah go in recovery enable USb and on your comp and right click your psp driver and hit format, once done restart then format your mem stick in the psp
