problem with lion king.

when i open the dvd and it starts to read it says error incorrect function.

how ever the lion king is a dvd with pc programs on the 1st dvd with the movie on it .also.
6.4 gig.
any solutions?

Do you mean, you just try to play the DVD and it quits? or are you trying to rip the DVD and it quits?
If its the 2nd of those two, then just let the movie play for a couple minutes, then try to rip it. That should take care of the problem. I had no issues dubbing The Lion King

Its something to do with the encription. When you let the dvd play, it allows your computer to unlock some of the encription, i dont know exactly...i just know that, for what your describing, that should fix it.
