We have a problem that has been going on here at work and was wondering if anyone had any input on the situation. Every time we try to print invoices to the printer in this office it prints out in shipping instead. We checked the IP Address when printing and it is the right address. 80% of the time it will print to shipping and the rest of the time it will print where we ask. What could be the cause of this? Anyone have any clues?

Hey, If the two printers are the same model, assign them static IP addresses. If they are different models, configure the printers by name and not IP addresses........

Hey, make sure the printer in the office is the default printer for the machine that prints the invoice.

Please assume that all the basics have been covered. We are slightly knowledgeable about these sort of things and have covered the basic "is it set to default" issues. Everything has been working for years untill one day now everyone in every office gets the printers mixed up pretty often. Most of them are going to shipping. I know there could be a thousand different reason and I am open to any suggestion even the basic "is the printer tunred on" questions. Thank you for your time.
