I'm planning on getting a copy from the store and i was wondering if i have to be looking for a specific version. Was this hole patched, or are all copy's of the game fair.... game right now? If not, what do i need to be looking for when i buy one? Id hate to get one and return it saying "this wont hack my psp! lolz"

it was patched. Your best bet is to buy a used copy.

on the side, look for ulus10002. on the backside, near the bottom right, look for 332435-cvr. this version is the original, non greatest hits, lumines in america.
